Treatment peat has a slightly higher acid content than the skin and the mucuous membranes, also it does not contain bacteria harmful to the skin or organism, or parts of substances causing allergies. Bioactive substances penetrating the skin stimulate the blood circulation and metabolism. A peat leaf is placed on the treated area, which is heated on a heating pad up to 65ºC.
Indications for peat treatment: Rheumatism, blood circulation disorders, after traumas. Contraindications for peat treatment: Acute inflammatory processes, fever. |
